Rivard passes first bill

State Rep. Roger Rivard's (R-Rice Lake) first piece of legislation passed the Assembly Wednesday, April 13.

The bill, which passed the house 79-12, will increase the number of allowable economic development zones by eight and requires that five of those zones be located in rural areas.
