Calhoun Memorial Library will host a family event at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14. The library will welcome Brian Richards, of 4 Ace Productions, for the Winter Wonder Magic Show.

The show is an interactive magic show focusing on the season of snow and cold. Effects to be featured include mind-reading earmuffs, candy cane rope tricks, vanishing cards to hot chocolate and other routines for both children and their parents.
