Eric J. Keesen, 38, Rice Lake, was charged March 23 with arson of building without owner’s consent (solicitation of) [Nov. 13, 2020] and a summons was sent.

Alexus M. Olson, 21, Barron, was charged March 24 with maintain drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) [March 23] and a summons was issued.

Susie L. Merrill, 24, Cumberland, was charged March 26 with possession with intent-amphetamine (3–10 grams) and misdemeanor possession of THC (as a party to a crime) [March 25] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Jeffrey R. Butler, 42, Mikana, was charged March 26 with possession with intent-amphetamine (3 grams or less) (as a party to a crime) and misdemeanors possession of THC (as a party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia [March 25] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Michelle L. Magnuson, 52, Rice Lake, was charged March 29 with possession of methamphetamine [April 9, 2020] and a summons was issued.

Riley D. Coon, 21, New Auburn, was charged March 29 with two counts of possession of child pornography [Jan. 13] and a cash bond was set at $2,500.

Benjamin T. Saumier, 43, Dallas, was charged March 29 with terrorist threats-public panic or fear and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [March 28] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with three people.

Kurt T. Kittelson, 33, Rice Lake, was charged March 29 with manufacture or deliver amphetamine (three grams or less) [Oct. 19, 2020] manufacture or deliver amphetamine (three grams or less) [Nov. 9, 2020] and one count of possession with intent-amphetamine (less than three grams) [March 25, 2021] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Trina L. Hendrickson, 38, Barron, was charged March 29 with maintain a drug trafficking place and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [June 4, 2020].

Jonathan C. Wiese, 32, Rice Lake, had charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [March 15, 2020] dismissed but read in on March 26. Wiese pled guilty March 26 to OWI (fourth) [July 11, 2020] and was ordered to costs and fine of $1,819, six months of local jail, two years of ignition interlock, one lifetime license revocation and alcohol assessment. Charges of operating with PAC (fourth) [July 11, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Paul A. Kollwitz, 43, New Auburn, was charged March 23 with battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property (all domestic abuse) [Feb. 21] and a summons was issued.

Christian X. Weast, 24, Cameron, pled guilty March 24 to disorderly conduct, intimidate victim/dissuade reporting and battery (all domestic abuse) [Aug. 16, 2020] and was ordered to nine months of local jail-imposed and stayed and two years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs of $1,629, must have no contact with one person except with prior approval of the person and a probation agent, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Weast had charges of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [Sept. 26, 2020] dismissed but read in on March 24.

Jamie L. Dahlberg, 49, Almena, OWI (third), operating while revoked and operating with PAC (third) [Feb. 29, 2020], $2,260, local jail, license revoked 24 months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Matthew R. Mayer, 23, Prairie Farm, operate with restricted controlled substance (first with minor passenger under 16 years) [Sept. 13, 2019], $1,429, local jail, license revoked 12 months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Jeffrey L. Dublo, 52, Wood River, Ill., OWI (first), non-registration of vehicle-auto less than 10,000 pounds and unsafe lane deviation [Jan. 23], $1,399.10, license revoked nine months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Ashley K. Elledge, 27, Cameron, failure of operator to notify police of accident and drive too fast for conditions [Feb. 7], $602.60.

Valdemar R. Garibay, 56, Dallas, operating with PAC (0.08–0.15) (first), operate without valid license (first) and driving too fast for conditions [Dec. 28, 2020], $1,351.10.

Jacob R. Rheingans, 42, Chetek, speeding (30–34 mph) and operating while revoked (forfeiture, first) [Jan. 29], $495.50.
