Felonies

Andrew J. Yeske, 33, Barron, was charged April 6 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 4] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Thomas A. Drone, 25, Comstock, was charged April 7 with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine [April 6] and a cash bond was set at $50.

Christopher A. Skar, 35, Rice Lake, was charged April 7 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanors possession of drug paraphernalia (all as a party to a crime), disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) and criminal damage to property [April 5] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to not possess any firearms.

Crystal L. Braden, 31, Rice Lake, was charged April 7 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia (all as a party to a crime) [April 5] and a summons was issued.

Richard L. Johnson, 36, Rice Lake, was charged April 8 with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 8].

Charles E. Knowles, 61, Barron, was charged April 9 with OWI (fourth), possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC [April 9] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Benjamin T. Saumier, 43, Dallas, was charged April 9 with two counts of bail jumping-felony and one count each of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer [April 8] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with three people.

Allen R. Skye, 72, Turtle Lake, was charged April 12 with OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth) [April 11] and a cash bond was set at $500 with conditions to not drive, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Scott L. Miller Sr., 52, Rice Lake, was charged April 12 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering/failing to install/violate court order [April 9] and a signature bond was set at $1,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Patrick R. Fenton, 42, Prairie Farm, was charged April 12 with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [April 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Lael D. Johnson, 42, Cameron, was charged April 12 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [March 18] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one person.

Alexander D. Avery, 36, Trego, was charged April 13 with OWI (fifth or sixth with passenger under 16) and misdemeanor possession of THC [April 12].

Riley D. Coon, 21, New Auburn, had two charges of possession of child pornography [Jan. 13] dismissed but read in on April 9.

Alexus M. Olson, 21, Barron, had a charge of maintain a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) [March 23] dismissed on April 9.

Tamara M. Fuller, 25, Rice Lake, had a charge of maintain a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) [Sept. 9, 2020] dismissed but read in on April 12.

William A. Shope, 55, West Bend, pled guilty Feb. 4 to OWI (third) and possession of methamphetamine [July 12, 2020] and was ordered Feb. 2 and April 6 to 30 months of ignition interlock, 30 months’ license revoked, one year in local jail, costs of $3,909 and alcohol assessment.

Travis T. Twitchell, 30, Cumberland, pled guilty April 5 to possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [May 8, 2020] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must remain absolutely sober and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of felony maintain a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime), and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [May 8, 2020] were dismissed but read in. Twitchell pled guilty April 5 to possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [March 3, 2020] and was ordered to the same sentence as above with costs of $443. A charge of possession of THC [March 6, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Joshua D. Estes, 37, Rice Lake, pled guilty to possession with intent-amphetamine (50 grams or more) [April 25, 2019] and was ordered to 10 years in state prison-imposed and stayed, six years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and four years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs of $518, must avoid alcohol and any controlled substances and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 25, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Brandon M. Lash, 28, Rice Lake, was charged April 9 with OWI (second), operate firearm while intoxicated and operating with PAC (second) [Jan. 9].

Richard L. Waite, 29, Barron, was charged April 9 with intimidate victim/dissuade complaints [Jan. 6]. The charge was dismissed on April 12.

Trevor T. Hover, 33, Colfax, pled guilty to OWI (second), take/drive vehicle without consent-abandon vehicle and resisting/failing to stop [Nov. 20, 2020] and was ordered to 14 months of ignition interlock, 14 months’ license revoked, 30 days in local jail, two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 30 days in jail, costs of $2,388, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of two counts of felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety [Nov. 20, 2020] were dismissed but read in.

Kaylee P. Loucks, 18, New Auburn, pled no contest to an amended charge of forfeiture disorderly conduct [Sept. 7, 2020] and was ordered to pay a fine of $267.50.
