Felonies

William B. VanAllen III, 29, Barron, was charged Sept. 1 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors entry into locked coin box, criminal damage to property and theft-movable property ($2,500 or less) [Aug. 16] and a signature bond was set at $10,000.

Jarad S. Carr, 44, Canton, was charged Sept. 1 with OWI (fourth) and misdemeanor carry a concealed knife [Sept. 1] and a signature bond was set at $10,000 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license and to avoid controlled substances.

Kyle C. Darnell, 29, Rice Lake, was charged Sept. 2 with possess firearm-convicted of a felony, false imprisonment-domestic abuse and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer [Sept. 1] and a signature bond was set at $10,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must not possess firearms and must have no contact with one subject.

Amber J. Burke, 34, Cameron, was charged Sept. 3 with possession of methamphetamine [Sept. 2] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Jamie L. Mathews, 35, Rice Lake, was charged Sept. 3 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors possession of illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 2] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Justin A. Flohr, 36, Rice Lake, was charged Sept. 4 with possession with intent-amphetamine (10–50 grams) (second or subsequent offence), possession of narcotic drugs (second and subsequent offence), possession of THC (second-plus offense), possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second-plus offence), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of OWI (second) [Sept. 3] and a $500 cash bond was set with conditions to not drive without a valid license.

Kameron M. Dushinske, 29, Barron, was charged Sept. 8 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second-plus), bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 4] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Cindy L. Witter, 62, Rice Lake, was charged Sept. 8 with child abuse-recklessly cause harm, four counts of misdemeanor criminal damage to property and one count of disorderly conduct [Sept. 6] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with five subjects except one time with law enforcement to retrieve belongings.

Jarred A. Apfel, 37, Cameron, was charged Sept. 8 with possession of methamphetamine and forfeiture OWI (first) [Sept. 5] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license.

Matthew E. Petersen, 39, Cameron, was charged Sept. 8 with OWI (fourth), possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating while revoked [Sept. 6] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and not drive a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Christopher J. Underdahl, 54, Barron, was charged Sept. 8 with bail jumping-felony [Sept. 7] and a cash bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Lydia L. Retzlaff, 38, Barron, was charged Sept. 8 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 7] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Gloryn Jennings, 26, Cameron, had charges of attempted arson of building without owners consent and misdemeanors negligent handling of burning material and criminal damage to property [Oct. 3, 2019] dismissed on Sept. 3.

Jesse W. Andrews, 35, Rice Lake, pled guilty Dec. 20, 2019, to vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [May 26, 2019] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 60 days in jail, costs of $518, must maintain absolute sobriety, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment.

Misdemeanors

Drewdell C. Mitchell, 22, Chetek, was charged Sept. 1 with possession of THC and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Aug. 23] and a summons was issued.

Tanner S. Nadeau, 27, Dallas, was charged Sept. 1 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Aug. 22] and a summons was issued.

Dawson S. Ketteman, 24, Chetek, was charged Sept. 4 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and two counts of intimidate victim/dissuade reporting [Sept. 4] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with condition to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to avoid one subject.
