Felonies

Dawn M. Radtke, 43, Comstock, was charged March 23 with attempted battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, attempted retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [March 20], and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to have no contact with Holiday gas station in Almena.

Edgar J. Hernandez, 35, Cumberland, was charged March 23 with possession with intent-THC (2,500–10,000 grams) [March 21], and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Robert S. Malone, 27, Barronett, was charged March 24 with vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [March 13] stalking (domestic abuse), vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, and misdemeanors criminal damage to property, computer message-threaten injury or harm and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Feb. 26] and a statewide arrest warrant was issued on March 24.

Dylan J. Homme, 21, Oshkosh and formerly of Barron pled guilty to vehicle operator fleeing or eluding officer and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked [Jan. 31] and was ordered to 1.5 years in state prison, two years of extended supervision (served concurrently) and one year of probation (consecutive) with conditions to pay costs of $1,404, must have no contact with one subject and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater) [Jan. 31] were dismissed but read in.

Jess A. Blake, 37, Rice Lake, pled guilty March 20 to vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [Nov. 23, 2019] and was ordered to 90 days in local jail and costs of $518. Misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 23, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Jason J. Miller, 40, Chetek, pled guilty March 12 to possession of short-barreled shotgun or rifle [Oct. 10, 2019] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions to pay costs of $518, must undergo any recommended treatments and the short-barreled shotgun must be destroyed.

Brent J. Johnvin, 25, Cumberland, pled guilty on Nov. 29 to forgery-writings or objects [July 5, 2019] and was ordered March 17 to three years in state prison-imposed and stayed, three years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs and restitution of $2,722.91, must avoid alcohol, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia and must complete drug court. Charges of three counts of forgery-writings or objects [July 5, 2019] and one count of misdemeanors theft-moveable property ($2,500 or less) and resisting or obstructing an officer [July 5, 2019].

Jason B. Hawkins, 45, New Auburn, pled guilty March 13 to OWI (fourth) [June 4, 2019] and was ordered to 330 days in local jail-imposed and stayed, life revocation of driver’s license and three years of probation-sentence imposed [June 4, 2019] with conditions of 90 days in jail, fines and costs of $2,629, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid places where alcohol is sold and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (fourth) [June 4, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Michael A. Homme, 49, Chetek, pled guilty on Dec. 18, 2019, to possession with intent-THC (200–1,000 grams) [Jan. 23, 2019] and was ordered March 18 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of nine months in jail, costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober, must not associate with any known drug dealers or users and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Jan. 23, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Donald W. Zupan, 52, Rice Lake, had probation for possession of methamphetamine [Jan. 3, 2019] revoked on March 17 and was ordered to 210 days in local jail and to pay costs of $518.

Kenan J. Schleiss, 58, Rice Lake, had probation for manufacture or deliver amphetamine (3 grams or less) [Dec. 11, 2015] revoked on March 17 and was ordered to 1.5 years in state prison and 3.5 years of extended supervision with conditions to avoid alcohol and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Misdemeanors

Tyler J. Longacre, 28, Chetek, was charged March 17 with OWI (second), operating with PAC (second), possession of cocaine/coca, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked [Nov. 30, 2019] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to not drive without a valid license.

Dean R. Hontz, 47, Chetek, was charged March 19 with disorderly conduct [Feb. 7], and a summons was issued.

Tyler B. Rodriquez, 24, Cameron, was charged March 24 with theft-false representation ($2,500 or less) [Feb. 24].

Robert J. Gallardo, 23, Cameron, had two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 31] dismissed but read in on March 19. Gallardo had two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 12] dismissed on March 19. Gallardo pled guilty March 19 to two counts of theft-movable property ($2,500 or less) [Sept. 22, 2019] and was ordered to 12 months in local jail-sentence imposed and stayed and two years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions to pay costs of $1,432.52. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer [Sept. 22, 2019] was dismissed but read in. Gallardo had probation for bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 2, 2019] revoked on March 24 and was ordered to six months in local jail and to pay costs of $443. Gallardo had probation for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Aug. 17, 2018] revoked on March 24 and was ordered to 90 days in jail and to pay costs of $543. Gallardo had probation for battery (domestic abuse incident) [April 12, 2018] revoked on March 24 and was ordered to 9 months in local jail and to pay costs of $493.

Samantha L. Cooper, 17, Cameron, pled no contest March 18 to an amended charge of forfeiture disorderly conduct [Nov. 21, 2019] and was ordered to pay costs of $267.50.

Jerry A. Hill Sr., 72, Cameron, pled guilty March 16 to battery [Nov. 2, 2019] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must have no contact with two subjects unless approved by the victims and probation officer and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of disorderly conduct [Nov. 2, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Torri A. Gundrum, 30, Chetek, pled guilty March 20 to OWI (first with passenger under 16) and operate firearm while intoxicated [Aug. 3, 2019] and was ordered to 20 days in local jail, pay costs of $1,998, license revoked 16 months and ignition interlock 16 months. A charge of operating with PAC (first with passenger under 16 and PAC 0.15 or greater) [Aug. 3, 2019] was dismissed.
