Timothy M. Morgan, 40, Cameron, was charged June 4 with possession of methamphetamine [May 30] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Kevin J. Blomberg, 24, Rice Lake, was charged June 5 with possession of THC (second-plus) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [June 4] and a signature bond was set at $2,000.

Jason B. Hawkins, 44, New Auburn, was charged June 6 with OWI (fourth) [June 4] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license and to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Austin L. Soldner, 27, Rice Lake, was charged June 7 with possession of THC (second-plus offense) and misdemeanors possession of cocaine/coca and possession of drug paraphernalia [June 6] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Marty A. Nichols, 51, Cameron, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [June 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

John E. Busick, 44, Rice Lake, was charged June 10 with substantial battery-intend bodily harm and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and battery (all domestic abuse) [June 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one person and to avoid alcohol.

Robert M. Goffin, 54, Ladysmith, was charged June 10 with operating with PAC (fourth) [June 7] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license and to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

John P. Thomas, 44, Turtle Lake, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [May 24].

Amanda R. Merrill, 39, Turtle Lake, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [May 24].

Chad A. Tylinski, 50, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty May 31 to OWI (fourth) [Aug. 22, 2018] and was ordered to ignition interlock and revoked license for 36 months, three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 90 days in jail, costs of $4,228, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (fourth) [Aug. 22, 2018] was dismissed but read in.

Kane F. Otis, 59, Barron, pleaded guilty March 20 to manufacture or deliver amphetamine (three grams or less) [Feb. 14, 2018] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $566 and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Terry A. Mireau, 63, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty June 5 to manufacture or deliver THC (200 grams or less) [Dec. 11, 2018] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 80 hours of community service, 10 days in jail, costs of $598 and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of manufacture or deliver THC (200 grams or less) [Dec. 20, 2018], possession with intent-THC (200 grams or less) and misdemenaor possession of drug paraphernalia [Dec. 31, 2018] were dismissed but read in.

Dustin L. Heffner, 27, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty June 4 to OWI (fourth) [Jan. 5] and was ordered to 350 days in local jail-sentence imposed and stayed, license revoked for life, three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of 90 days in jail, costs of $1,769 and alcohol assessment. Charges of operating with PAC (fourth) and misdemeanor ignition interlock device tampering or failing to install [Jan. 5] were dismissed but read in.

Robert A. Truitt, 48, Webster, pleaded guilty March 27 to OWI (fifth or sixth) [Nov. 13, 2018] and was ordered June 3 to three years in state prison, two years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober and avoid places where alcohol is sold and undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of operating with PAC (fifth or sixth) and misdemeanor operating while revoked were dismissed but read in [Nov. 13, 2018].

Gabrielle M. Fuller, 29, Cameron, was charged June 7 with operating while revoked and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 6] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Brett A. Morneau, 24, Chetek, was charged June 10 with eight counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 9] and a cash bond was set at $250 with conditions to give twice daily PBTs at the Chetek Police Department, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.
