Felonies

April A. Adas, 41, Rice Lake, was charged April 21 with child abuse-intentionally cause harm, causing mental harm to child and false imprisonment [July 1, 2020] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with four people.

Pipere E. Unrein, 17, Ladysmith, was charged April 22 with exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child [July 4, 2020] and a summons was issued.

Jayme L. Odash, 39, Barron, was charged April 23 with vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [April 21] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license.

Lois A. Allen, 72, Rice Lake, was charged April 23 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety (use of a dangerous weapon) (domestic abuse) and misdemeanors disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) (domestic abuse) and resisting or obstructing an officer [April 19] and a statewide body-only warrant was issued.

Tony J. Nowak, 61, Spooner, was charged April 26 with OWI (fourth) [April 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold (except for employment purposes) and must not drive without a valid license.

Douglas W. Moses, 59, Rice Lake, was charged April 27 with OWI (fifth or sixth) [April 26] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to maintain absolute sobriety, to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must not drive without a valid license.

Douglas H. Von Eschen, 37, Rice Lake, was charged April 27 with issue of worthless checks (more than $2,500) [Aug. 7, 2020] and a summons was issued.

Devin M. Peterson, 27, homeless, was charged April 27 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of bail jumping-felony (all repeater) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia [April 24] and a cash bond was set at $250.

Nicole M. Simons, 47, Chetek, was charged April 27 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second-plus offense), bail jumping-felony (all repeater) and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 24] and a cash bond was set at $250.

Trevor L. Davis, 31, Rice Lake, had probation for possession of methamphetamine [Feb. 15, 2018] revoked on April 21 and was ordered to 270 days in jail and costs of $18.30.

Alexander L. Stockland, 23, had probation for possession of methamphetamine [Aug. 15, 2019] revoked on April 22 and was ordered to 1.5 years in state prison and two years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $527.15, must undergo any recommended treatments, must remain absolutely sober and must avoid controlled substances and paraphernalia not prescribed by a doctor.

Gregory T. Reising, 56, Grandview, was found not guilty at trial on April 20 of second-degree sexual assault-use of force and misdemeanor battery [Aug. 22, 2019]. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping [Aug. 22, 2019] was dismissed.

Christopher J. Underdahl, 55, Barron, had a charge of bail jumping-felony [Sept. 7, 2020] dismissed but read in on April 26.

Misdemeanors

Robert J. Vana, 26, Hayward, was charged April 27 with operate with restricted controlled substance (second), possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [March 30].

Isiah E. Melton, 22, Comstock, pled guilty April 16 to an amended charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of THC (both as a party to a crime) [July 21, 2020] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $886, must undergo any recommended treatments and expungement if all obligations are met.

Jason J. Hunziker, 35, Eau Claire and formerly of Chetek, pled guilty April 23 to battery (domestic abuse) [Jan. 16] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions to pay costs of $543 and to undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 16] were dismissed but read in on April 23. Hunziker pled guilty April 23 to battery [Sept. 16, 2020] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with the same conditions as above and costs of $443. A charge of battery [Sept. 15, 2020] was dismissed but read in on April 23. Hunziker pled guilty April 23 to criminal trespass to dwelling [Dec. 11, 2020] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with the same conditions as above, must undergo domestic violence assessment and pay costs of $729.75. A charge of theft-movable property ($2,500 or less) [Nov. 1, 2020] was dismissed but read in on April 23.

Carl E. Dickerson, 37, Cameron, pled no contest on April 22 to an amended charge of forfeiture disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Feb. 22] and was ordered to pay a fine of $367.50.

Jeremiah T. Switzer, 40, pled guilty April 23 to an amended charge of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 15] and was ordered to pay costs of $886. A charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 15] was dismissed but read in on April 23.

Thomas J. Geller, 34, Chetek, operating while revoked [June 3, 2019], $516.

Jeana L. Best, 44, Downing, OWI (first) [Feb. 5], $1,050.50, license revoked nine months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Yuri A. Ferris, 26, Chetek, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance [March 19], $10.

Mark D. Kuehn, 35, Chetek, operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance [March 20], $10.

Brenden R. Osgood, 18, Chetek, speeding (25–29 mph) and nonregistration of auto (10,000 lbs. or less) [March 11], $326.20.

Tiffany L.R. Smith, 26, Dallas, operate without valid license (first) [Feb. 24], $200.50.
