Felonies

Kameron M. Dushinske, 30, Barron, was charged July 17 with substantial battery-intend bodily harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [July 15] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold except Kate’s Bar in Barron.

Jessica R. Hammac, 34, Chetek, was charged July 20 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [July 18] and a cash bond was set at $100.

Cristopher M. Meza, 26, Barron, was charged July 21 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse), two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of misdemeanor criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) [July 5] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with three subjects.

Abby R. McLean, 34, Lafayette, Colo., was charged July 21 with manufacture or delivery of schedule I, II narcotics, contribute to delinquency of child (act is felony) and misdemeanors possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI (first with passenger under 16 years old) [July 18] and a cash bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to not leave the state without court approval.

William L. Loftis, 39, Minneapolis, Minn., and formerly of Barron, had charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 7] dismissed by the prosecutor on July 13.

Gloryn Jennings, 26, Cameron and formerly of Chetek, had charges of attempted arson of building without owner’s consent and misdemeanor negligent handling of burning material and criminal damage to property [Oct. 3, 2019] ordered to three months of deferred prosecution or sentence.

Lance C. L’Heureux, 38, Barron, pled guilty May 15 to possession of methamphetamine [Nov. 2, 2019] and was ordered July 15 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober excluding using medications prescribed to him in the manner ordered, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must comply with random urine tests, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Nov. 2, 2019] were dismissed but read in on May 15.

Amanda D. Patterson, 29, Dallas, had charges of burglary-building or dwelling (as party to a crime) and three counts of bail jumping-felony [Jan. 25] dismissed on prosecutor’s motion on July 15.

Trevor L. Davis, 30, Rice Lake, pled guilty May 22 to burglary-building or dwelling (as party to a crime) [Jan. 25, 2019] and was ordered July 16 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs and restitution of $ $1,617, must avoid controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and alcohol, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of three counts of bail jumping-felony [Jan. 25, 2019] were dismissed but read in on May 22. Davis pled guilty May 22 to resisting or obstructing an officer [May 9, 2019] and was ordered July 16 to pay costs of $443. A charge of felony bail jumping-felony [May 9, 2019] was dismissed but read in on May 22.

Misdemeanors

Anthony J. Petric, 31, Cameron, was charged July 14 with knowingly violate a domestic abuse order-injunction [July 13] and a signature bond was set at $2,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject except incidental contact during court proceedings. Petric was charged July 14 with a second count of knowingly violate a domestic abuse order-injunction [June 15] with the same conditions as above.

Drewdell C. Mitchell, 22, Dallas, was charged July 20 with two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 18] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Jake A. Schumacher, 38, Rice Lake, pled guilty July 15 to an amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 7] and was ordered to pay costs of $443.

Samuel J. Stuart, 31, Rice Lake, pled guilty July 17 to OWI (second) [Sept. 1, 2018] and was ordered to pay costs of $1,429, five days in local jail, 12 months of ignition interlock, 12 months of license revoked and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (second) [Sept. 1, 2018] was dismissed but read in on July 17.

John Bobbitt, 61, Rice Lake, OWI (third) [July 20], $1,744, local jail, license revoked 24 months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Wade C. Aherns, 54, Chetek, operating a motor vehicle without insurance [June 3], $200.50.

Amy J. Anderson, 35, New Auburn, operating without proof of insurance and speeding (20–24 mph) [June 14], $235.70.

Bradly J. Baird, 40, Rice Lake, refuse to take test for intoxication after arrest [June 27], $50, license revoked 12 months and ignition interlock.

Timothy A. Bender, 58, Rice Lake, OWI (first) [Sept. 17, 2019], $874.50, license revoked seven months and alcohol assessment.

Tyrell N. Brande, 19, Frederic, OWI (first) [April 28], $874.50, license revoked seven months and ignition interlock.

Ryan S. Craine, 20, Laramie, Wyo., OWI (first) [Aug. 24, 2019], $811.50, license revoked six months and alcohol assessment.

Andrew S. Mathews, 33, Cameron, fail to stop at stop sign [April 1], $175.30.

Eric G. Paulson, 44, New Auburn, speeding (20–24 mph) [May 24], $225.70.

Brenden J. Pisa, 20, Rice Lake, pled guilty July 10 with OWI (second) [Dec. 20, 2019] and was ordered to 10 days in local jail, 12 months of ignition interlock, 12 months’ license revoked and costs and fees of $1,429. Charges of operating while revoked, ignition interlock device failing to install or violate court order, operating with PAC and two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Dec. 20, 2019] were dismissed but read in on July 10.
