Kayla D. Bass, 30, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 17 with possession with intent-amphetamine (10–50 grams or less) and two counts of bail jumping-felony [Feb. 16] and a cash bond was set at $5,000.

Kevin J. Blomberg, 26, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 19 with attempted second-degree sexual assault of child, child enticement-sexual contact, use a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, two counts of possession of child pornography, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of bail jumping-felony [Feb. 17].

Trevor M. Dahlberg, 42, Barron, was charged Feb. 19 with possession of methamphetamine [Feb. 17] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Grant S. Blihovde, 27, Barron, was charged Feb. 19 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse) and misdemeanor bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 18]. Blihovde was charged Feb. 19 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 1] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with two people, must not go within 300 feet of an address except one time with law enforcement to get personal items and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Breanna L. Eggebrecht, 25, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 22 with manufacture or deliver amphetamine (3 grams or less) [Sept. 30, 2020] and a cash bond was set at $1,500.

Jamie L. Dahlberg, 49, Almena, was charged Feb. 22 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, aggravated battery (both domestic abuse), false imprisonment, intimidate victim/use or attempt force and misdemeanor bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 20] and a cash bond was set at $1,500 with conditions to have no contact with one person and to not go within 300 feet of the subject’s residence and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Maliyah S. Stevens, 19, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 23 with manufacture or deliver amphetamine (3 grams or less) [Nov. 17, 2020] and a body-only warrant was issued for Wisconsin and adjacent states.

Tiffani L. Padlo, 30, Cumberland, was charged Feb. 23 with retail theft-intentionally take ($500–$5,000) [Feb. 1].

Melanie R. Kuula, 45, Birchwood, was found not guilty at jury trial on Feb. 19 of second-degree intentional homicide.

Misdemeanors

Carl E. Dickerson, 36, Cameron, was charged Feb. 23 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Feb. 22] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one person.

Benjamin J. Jacobson, 22, Cumberland, had charges of operate firearm while intoxicated and operating with PAC (second) [Jan. 9, 2020] dismissed on Feb. 22. Jacobson had charges of OWI (second) and operating with PAC (second) [March 15, 2020] dismissed on Feb. 22. Jacobson had charges of operating while revoked and four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 22, 2020] dismissed on Feb. 22. Jacobson had charges of OWI (second), operating with PAC (second), operating while revoked and six counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Aug. 16, 2020] dismissed on Feb. 22.

Jennifer L. Busch, 38, Chetek, pled guilty Feb. 19 to an amended charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [July 25, 2020] and was ordered Feb. 22 to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must avoid controlled substance and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia [July 25, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Lisa H. Kuebli, 38, Rice Lake, pled guilty Feb. 19 to OWI (third) [Aug. 31, 2020] and was ordered to 80 days in jail, license revocation of 27 months, ignition interlock for 27 months, alcohol assessment, and fines and costs of $1,807. Charges of operating with PAC (third) [Aug. 31, 2020], possession of THC [Aug. 31, 2020] and possession of drug paraphernalia [Aug. 31, 2020] was dismissed but read in.
