8:27 a.m. New Auburn caller says neighbors have 14 dogs and seven of them killed his geese and cats. 9:36 a.m., woman was cited for dogs at large.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

2:09 a.m. Caller in Chetek says there is a truck at the gas station and the subjects are intoxicated. 2:23 a.m., breathalyzer showed negative OWI. 3:21 a.m., officer will give a woman a ride to her home.

7:41 a.m. New Auburn caller says a neighbor’s dog killed another one of his geese. 8:22 a.m., deputy at neighbor’s residence. 11:42 a.m., woman says the Humane Society will not take her dogs.

12:38 p.m. Dallas man says he was fighting with his girlfriend. Nothing physical. 1:20 p.m., deputy says it was verbal only. They will separate for a while.

1:45 p.m. Elderly Chetek man fell and hit his head. 2:05 p.m., en route to Barron.

8:25 p.m. Cameron woman says she saw a woman’s son drive away. He might not be of age to drive.

Thursday, Aug. 22

12:31 p.m. Eau Claire got a 911 call of a woman screaming. Woman said, “No one was going to jail. Wasn’t going to stop until everyone calmed down.” Ping showed vehicle on Hwy. 53 near New Auburn. 12:48 p.m., no locate on the vehicle.

12:39 p.m. Chetek woman says a former roommate is coming to pick up some belongings. She does not want his girlfriend to come onto her property. 12:44 p.m., man said he would bring someone else along. He said the caller was upset he would not date her.

2:44 p.m. Pizza place says they delivered to a Cameron address and they later disputed the charge on their card. 3:26 p.m., deputy is speaking with a woman at the residence.

7:38 p.m. Chetek caller says a man gave another man a truck to work on and the repairer is driving the truck around. The owner does not want the repairer to be driving the truck around. She was advised this was a civil issue.

9:39 p.m. Traffic stop in Chetek. Officer requests a wrecker.

Friday, Aug. 23

2:58 a.m. Taxi driver says he dropped off a man at an address and he said he would get some money from his grandmother to pay the fare. The man never came back and will not answer the phone. 3:32 a.m., driver thinks the subject walked around the house and then walked to his actual destination.

l12:25 p.m. Chetek officer out for a harassment complaint at a church.

12:58 p.m. Chetek officer says a woman at a church is hallucinating. Social worker was contacted. 2:02 p.m., woman is in custody. They will be at the police department. 2:26 p.m., at the Barron hospital.

4:46 p.m. A horse is loose on Eighth Avenue. 5:19 p.m., horse is back in.

6:33 p.m. Woman was concerned that her 3.5-year-old daughter was picked up but the man only had a booster seat.

7:51 p.m. Cameron woman was out of town for work and she is missing some items from her garage. She thinks it was her ex-boyfriend. 8:30 p.m., deputy says this is a civil issue.

8:17 p.m. Man in Chetek says someone threw a brick through his window. 9 p.m., deputy is talking with the man. 9:30 p.m., man will sleep in his vehicle tonight.

8:23 p.m. Chetek gas station wants an officer to check on loitering cars. 8:52 p.m., deputy said one person got picked up by a man in a pickup. Staff wanted them warned to not perform sex acts on each other in the parking lot. Staff will call if they return.

10:10 p.m. Gas station says the subjects are back. 10:23 p.m., Chetek officer says the subjects were sent on their way.

10:59 p.m. Chetek man says he was at a gas station when a man started talking to him about his child. The man was popping pills near the register. 11:10 p.m., officer is out with the man. He has a Rice Lake warrant. 11:14 p.m., warrant is valid. Man is in custody.

Saturday, Aug. 24

1:31 a.m. Noise complaint in Cameron. 1:48 a.m., woman will turn off the music for the night.

9:16 a.m. Chetek woman got a scam call. She was advised on how to handle it.

10:34 a.m. EMS paged for an elderly woman in rural Chetek who is not really responsive.

11:59 a.m. Cameron woman says her teenage grandson hit her and is breaking things.

12:20 p.m. Chetek resort says one of the campers found a fake $100 bill. 12:37 p.m., it will be picked up. Could be similar to other fake bills used in the past.

12:25 p.m. Chetek officer picking up a lost ID badge for a social worker. 12:36 p.m., license was secured.

2:44 p.m. EMS paged in Chetek for a diabetic, elderly woman.

Sunday, Aug. 25

9:12 a.m. EMS paged in Chetek for a 9-year-old who is unconscious.

2:33 p.m. Cameron woman says she is being harassed by her ex-boyfriend and her son about child support. She was advised to block their numbers and file a restraining order if it continues.

5:02 p.m. EMS at the Chetek boat landing says there was a boat crash. Helicopter needed. 5:15 p.m., helicopter was on scene. 60-year-old man was involved in a powerboat crash. 5:23 p.m., man was flown out.

6:58 p.m. Motorcycle crash in Dunn County. 7:06 p.m., Dallas EMS requests a helicopter. 7:50 p.m., subject was airlifted.

7:10 p.m. Deputy said a couple will be walking toward Chetek. They have two hours to get their vehicle removed. Deputy said they were warned about their sex acts at boat landings.

Monday, Aug. 26

6:49 a.m. Chetek woman says she was in a domestic with her boyfriend and he hit her in the face. He left in a vehicle. She said he has drugs on him. 6:59 a.m., officer is taking the woman to her parents’ house. 7:15 a.m., a 72-hour no-contact order will be enforced. 7:44 a.m., man is in custody for domestic disorderly conduct. En route to the jail.

8:44 a.m. EMS paged in Chetek for a elderly woman who may have pneumonia. 9:20 a.m., en route to Rice Lake.

4:39 p.m. Cameron woman says someone threatened property damage to her.
