Chance A. Miller, 21, Rice Lake, was charged Jan. 4 with possession of amphetamine and misdemeanors possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, possession of THC, operate firearm while intoxicated, carry concealed weapon and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 2] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol, must not possess any firearms, must remain absolutely sober and must not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Joshua G. Blick, 31, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 5 with child abuse-intentionally cause harm [Jan. 13] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject except with permission of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Devin C. Baldwin, 24, Cumberland, was charged Feb. 5 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, attempted battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, throw or discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor and misdemeanors disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property, operate firearm while intoxicated, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Jan. 30] and a cash bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to not possess firearms and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Trevor L. Stoner, 23, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 6 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 5] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Richard L. Waite, 28, Rice Lake, pled guilty Nov. 19, 2019, to take and drive without consent [July 7, 2018] and was ordered Jan. 30 to three years in state prison-sentence imposed and stayed, three years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and four years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of six months in jail, costs and restitution of $1,559.89, must have no contact with one subject or come within 400 feet of their home, must avoid controlled substances, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment.

Gerald W. Jackson, 44, Rice Lake, pled guilty Jan. 31 to two counts of failure to support child (120-plus days) [Sept. 1, 2015; and Dec. 31, 2015] and was ordered to 10 months in local jail-sentence imposed and stayed, three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs of $2,128.48, 60 days in jail and must pay child support in full and on time.

Delbert G. Parr, 65, Cumberland, was charged Feb. 7 with OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth) [Feb. 6] and at signature bond was set a $5,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, to not drive without a valid license and to submit daily PBTs to the Cumberland Police Department.

Peter R. Cupp, 36, Cumberland, was charged Feb. 7 with battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer [Feb. 5] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Joshua D. Schumacher, 35, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 10 with possession with intent-amphetamine (3–10 grams) (second and subsequent offense) and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 7] and a cash bond was set at $300.

Jake A. Schumacher, 38, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 10 with possession of methamphetamine and a signature bond was set at $1,000.

Misdemeanors

Daniel L. Schultz, 51, Chetek, was charged Feb. 4 with battery and disorderly conduct (both domestic abuse) [Jan. 3] and a summons was issued.

Trevor T. Moen, 28, Cameron, was charged Feb. 5 with OWI (second), possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Dec. 8, 2019].

Benjamin J. Jacobson, 21, Cumberland, was charged Feb. 4 with OWI (second) and operate firearm while intoxicated [Jan. 9].

Misty L. Denunzio, 39, Eau Claire, had charges of OWI (second) and operating while revoked [Sept. 24, 2019] dismissed by the court on Feb. 4.

Cody C. Applebee, 34, Cameron, had a charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Sept. 8, 2019] dismissed on Feb. 6.

Hunter A. Dushinske, 31, Barron, was charged Feb. 10 with OWI (third) [Feb. 9] and a $1,000 signature bond was set with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must submit daily PBTs to the Barron County Sheriff’s Department and must not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Timothy D. Wilson, 66, Chetek, was charged Feb. 11 with possession with intent (10–50 grams) and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 10] and a signature bond was set at $10,000.

Melissa R. Davis, 35, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 11 with bail jumping-felony [Feb. 10] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must submit two daily PBTs to the Rice Lake Police Department.

Noah E. Overly, 39, Chetek, pled guilty Feb. 6 to criminal damage to property [Nov. 24, 2019] and was ordered to five days in local jail or 40 hours of community service and costs of $453. A charge of criminal damage to criminal damage to property [Sept. 3, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Cody J. Christianson, 27, pled guilty Feb. 7 to OWI (second) [July 7, 2019] and was ordered to 16 months’ license revoked, fines and costs of $1,555, 10 days in local jail, 16 months of ignition interlock and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (second), possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [July 7, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Tatum M. Miller, 19, Rice Lake, pled guilty Feb. 6 to battery (domestic abuse) and computer message-threaten injury or harm [Sept. 12, 2019] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 30 days in jail or 240 hours of community service, costs and restitution of $1,359.65, must undergo any recommended treatments, records will be expunged if all obligations are met. Charges of bail jumping-felony [Sept. 12, 2019], and misdemeanors criminal damage to property [Sept. 1, 2019], disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Sept. 12, 2019] were dismissed but read in. Miller, also of Comstock, pled guilty Feb. 6 to possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [Jan. 25, 2019] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld [Feb. 25, 2019] with conditions to avoid alcohol, controlled substances and paraphernalia, costs of $443, must undergo any recommended treatments and the record will be expunged if all obligations are met.
