Felonies

Amanda R. Merrill, 40, Turtle Lake, was charged May 8 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors use or possess with intent to use masking agent and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [May 7] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Michael J. Boss, 38, Rice Lake, was charged May 11 with possession of methamphetamine [May 10] and a signature bond was set at $2,000.

Ethan M. Farrar, 17, Rice Lake, was charged May 12 with throw or discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer [May 10] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one subject.

Christopher A. Haws, 34, Cumberland, was charged May 12 with possession of narcotic drugs, maintain a drug trafficking place, neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under six years or disability) and misdemeanors neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) and possession of drug paraphernalia (all as party to a crime) [May 8] and a signature bond was set for $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with two subjects except with authorization by Department of Health and Human Services.

Reimando Pagan, 57, Rice Lake, was charged May 12 with possession of methamphetamine [May 11] and a signature bond was set at $2,000.

Richard G. Hauck, 33, Cumberland, was charged May 12 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintain a drug trafficking place (all as party to a crime), three counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) [May 8] and a cash bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to have no contact with three subjects.

John J. Frey, 40, Cottage Grove, Minn., was charged May 6 with theft-movable property ($10,000–$100,000) [May 4] and a signature bond was set at $10,000.

Dallas J. Larson, 36, Rice Lake, pled guilty Jan. 17 to possession of methamphetamine [June 15, 2019] and was ordered May 7 to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober from alcohol and drugs and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia [June 15, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Lamont C.B. Douglas, 22, Cumberland, was charged May 12 with OWI (third), operating with PAC (0.02 or less under ignition interlock device order) (third), operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 28, 2019] and a summons was issued.

Kevin L. Swartz, 34, Chetek, had probation for bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 20, 2019] revoked on May 1 and was ordered to pay costs of $443 and 54 days in local jail.

Jordan T. Stephens, 22, Rice Lake, pled guilty May 1 to OWI (second) [June 30, 2019] and was ordered to 20 days in local jail, 14 months of ignition interlock, 14 months of license revoked, alcohol assessment and fines of $1,492. Charges of possession of THC and operating with PAC (second) [June 30, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Ashley M. Nordin, 25, Cameron, pled guilty May 6 to an amended charge of defamation [Sept. 3, 2019] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 80 hours of community service or 10 days in jail, costs of $443, must have no contact with three subjects, must have no contact with one residence, must testify truthfully against a subject and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Criminal and Traffic Report

Dylan J. Rogowski, 29, Cameron, operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering/failing to install/violate order [Oct. 23, 2019], $1,032.

Jeremy M. Cole, 39, Chetek, speeding (1–10 mph) [Feb. 8], $175.30.

Rob W. Graves, 53, New Auburn, OWI (first) and operating while suspended [Sept. 2, 2019], $1,012, license revoked six months and alcohol assessment.

Alexis A. Hartmann, 28, Rice Lake, OWI (first) [March 14], $1,050.50, license revoked nine months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Brice A. Isakson, 35, Boyceville, refuse to take test for intoxication after arrest [Feb. 17], $50 and one year of ignition interlock.
