Felonies

Dallas A. Moore, 61, Rice Lake, was charged March 30 with possession of methamphetamine (repeater) [March 25] and a signature bond was set at $2,000.

Jarad S. Carr, 45, Rice Lake, was charged March 30 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor operating while revoked [March 30] and a signature bond was set at $2,000 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Thomas A. Drone, 25, Cumberland, was charged March 30 with possession of methamphetamine [Jan. 3] and a summons was issued.

Kyle H. Bronstad, 33, Rice Lake, was charged April 5 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanors OWI (third), disorderly conduct and operating while revoked [April 2] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one person, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to not drive without a valid license.

Ole R. Leiter, 27, Ridgeland, was charged April 5 with possession of THC (second-plus offense), bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor bail jumping [April 2] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Andre A. Doby, 26, Rice Lake, was charged April 5 with possession of methamphetamine and four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping [April 4] and a cash bond was set at $200.

Timothy W. Cook Jr., 30, Rice Lake, was charged April 5 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of bail jumping-felony, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 3] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Christopher A. Curtis, 40, New Auburn, was charged April 5 with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of bail jumping-felony [April 3] and a signature bond was set at $100.

Nicholas C. Schick, 35, Cumberland, pled guilty April 2 to possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense) (repeater) [July 30, 2020] and was ordered to two years of probation with conditions to must avoid alcohol, drugs and drug paraphernalia, costs of $518, and must undergo any recommended treatment. Charges of misdemeanor possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) were dismissed but read in.

Kayla D. Bass, 31, Rice Lake, pled guilty March 30 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 27, 2020] and was ordered to nine months of local jail and costs of $1,404. A charge of bail jumping-felony [Feb. 27, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Robert D. Willsey, 41, Chetek, was charged April 5 with negligent operation of motor vehicle and disorderly conduct [April 3] and a signature bond was set at $2,000 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one person.

Andrew A. Garner, 40, Cameron, pled guilty April 2 to amended charges of forfeiture possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia [May 22, 2020] and was ordered to pay costs of $535.

Kristen E. Otis, 36, Almena, OWI (first with passenger under 16 years) [Sept. 13, 2020], $1,429, local jail, license revoked 12 months and alcohol assessment.

James E. Paulsen, 58, New Richmond, OWI (second) [Aug. 9, 2020], $1,555, local jail, license revoked 16 months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Brenda G. Peterson, 59, Cumberland, OWI (first) [Aug. 2, 2020], $811.50, license revoked six months and alcohol assessment.

Sophia M. Peterson, 49, New Auburn, OWI (first) [Sept. 28, 2020], $978.50, license revoked eight months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.

Deborah A. Roux, 51, Rice Lake, OWI (first) [Nov. 26, 2020], $987.50, license revoked eight months, ignition interlock and alcohol assessment.
