Bryan J. Mueller, 33, New Auburn, was charged July 22 with possession with intent-amphetamine (10–50 grams) and possession with intent-amphetamine (3–10 grams) [July 17] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Kaylee D. Foss, 23, Rice Lake, was charged July 24 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer [July 23] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Steven G. Davis Jr., 36, Rice Lake, was charged July 27 with bail jumping-felony [July 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol.

Jennifer L. Busch, 38, Chetek, was charged July 27 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [July 25] and a signature bond set at $2,500.

Andrew J. Yeske, 32, Barron and Prairie Farm, pled guilty July 24 to bail jumping-felony [July 5] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 180 days in jail (served concurrently), costs of $518 and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of bail jumping-felony and bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 5] were dismissed but read in. Yeske had charges of bail jumping-felony and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 12] dismissed but read in on July 24. Yeske pled guilty July 24 to battery (domestic abuse) [Nov. 15, 2019] and was ordered to two years of probation (served concurrently) with conditions of 180 days in jail, costs and restitution of $1,263.15 and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) and misdemeanors disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), theft-movable property and criminal damage to property [Nov. 15, 2019] were dismissed but read in on July 24.

Trevor L. Davis, 30, Rice Lake, pled guilty May 22 to possession of methamphetamine [Feb. 15, 2018] and was ordered July 16 to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions to pay costs of $518, must avoid alcohol, controlled substances and paraphernalia, must undergo any recommended treatment and alcohol assessment. Charges of two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 15, 2018] were dismissed but read in.

Jacob R. Rheingans, 43, Chetek, pled guilty July 17 to possession of methamphetamine and was ordered to 1.5 years in state prison-imposed and stayed, two years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs of $518, must have no contact or association with any known drug user or drug dealer, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Oct. 5, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Alexander L. Stockland, 22, Rice Lake, pled guilty July 21 with possession of methamphetamine [Aug. 15, 2019] and was ordered July 23 to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid controlled substances and alcohol not prescribed to him, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of controlled substance, bail jumping-misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia [Aug. 15, 2019] were dismissed but read in on July 21.

Joseph G. Hrbacek, 37, Chetek, pled guilty Feb. 21 to possession of THC (second-plus offence) [Aug. 14, 2019] and was ordered July 21 to 10 days in jail, costs and restitution of $751.80, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments.
