Joseph G. Hrbacek, 37, Chetek, was charged Jan. 28 with possession of THC (second-plus offense), bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) (all repeater) [Jan. 22] and a cash bond was set at $100 with conditions to have no contact with Phill’s Bar & Grill.

Alisha M. Severson, 24, Rice Lake, was charged Jan. 28 with neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 or disability) and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer [Jan. 26] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and may only have contact with one subject if approved by Barron County Department Health of Human Services.

Nicholas A. Price, 26, Rice Lake, was charged Jan. 31 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer and operate without valid license (second in three years) [Jan. 30] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Natasha J. Schick, 32, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 3 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less), bail jumping-misdemeanor and operating while revoked [Feb. 2] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with Walmart in Rice Lake and to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Anthony A. Ferguson, 49, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 3 with OWI (fifth or sixth) [Jan. 31] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must remain absolutely sober, must pay $250 in cash toward the signature bond and must submit PBTs to the Rice Lake Police Department two times a day.

Dylan J. Homme, 20, Oshkosh, was charged Feb. 4 with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer (repeater) and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and operating while revoked [Jan. 31] and a cash bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to not drive without a valid license.

Edwin S. Gutierrez, 23, Barron, was charged Feb. 4 with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child [Nov. 28, 2019].

Jon W. Kent, 35, Chetek, pled guilty Dec. 4, 2019, to possession of methamphetamine [June 24, 2018] and was ordered Jan. 29 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must avoid controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of felony maintain a drug trafficking place and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [June 24, 2018] were dismissed but read in on Dec. 4, 2019. Kent pled guilty Dec. 4, 2019, to misdemeanor retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) [April 12, 2019] and was ordered to local jail and pay costs of $453. Charges of bail jumping-felony and bail jumping-misdemeanor [April 12, 2019] were dismissed but read in. Kent pled guilty Dec. 4, 2019, and was ordered Jan. 29 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions costs of $518, and the same conditions as above. Charges of two counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or failing to stop and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Sept. 11, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Noah D. Clark, 45, Dallas, was found guilty at jury trial on Nov. 20, 2019, of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [May 18. 2017] and was ordered Jan. 27 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $961, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol, drugs, anywhere they are sold and any drug dealers, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment.

Bobbi Jo Rasmussen, 39, Barron, had a charge of possession of methamphetamine [Dec. 2, 2017] was dismissed but read in on Jan. 29. Rasmussen had charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of THC [Aug. 30, 2018] dismissed on Jan. 29.

Teri L. Boulley, 65, Rice Lake, pled guilty Oct. 25, 2019, to possession of methamphetamine and maintain drug trafficking place (as party to a crime) [Jan. 23, 2019] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $1,036, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid controlled substances except those prescribed, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of manufacture or deliver amphetamine (three grams or less) [Jan. 11, 2019], and misdemeanors possession of THC and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [Jan. 23, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Naomi J. Geiger, 26, Chetek, pled guilty Nov. 15, 2019, and was ordered Jan. 30 to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must not engage in violent, assaultive or threatening behavior, must avoid controlled substances not prescribed, must undergo any recommended treatments. Record will be expunged if obligations are fulfilled. A charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct [April 12, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Jessica M. Schutz, 36, Rice Lake, pled guilty Jan. 31 with possession of methamphetamine [Sept. 25, 2019] and was ordered to one year of local jail and costs of $518. Charges of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer and attempted theft-false representation ($2,500 or less) (both repeater) [Sept. 25, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Zachary M. Sexton, 36, Dallas, was charged Jan. 29 with bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 29] and a cash bond was set at $100 with conditions to have no contact with one subject.

Robert J. Gallardo, 23, Cameron, was charged Jan. 31 with two counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Jan. 31] and a cash bond was set at $150 with conditions to avoid alcohol and to submit daily PBTs at the Cameron Police Department.

Philip D. Linehan, 77, Dallas, was charged Feb. 3 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Feb. 2] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject.

Noah E. Overly, 39, Chetek, had probation for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [May 1, 2019] revoked on Feb. 3 and was ordered to 90 days in local jail and costs of $543.

Donovan D. Paffel, 27, Cumberland, pled guilty Jan. 24 to misdemeanor battery [Oct. 1, 2019] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must have no contact with one subject unless they and the probation agent approve and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) [Oct. 1, 2019] was dismissed but read in.

Katie A. Manor, 40, Rice Lake, pled guilty Jan. 28 to an amended charge of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld [July 12, 2019] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $886 and alcohol assessment.
