Steven D. Randall, 36, Cumberland, was charged Aug. 11 with possession with intent-amphetamine (50 grams or more) (second or subsequent offense) [Aug. 9] and a cash bond was set at $500.

Donald W. Zupan, 54, Menomonie, was charged Aug. 11 with OWI (fourth) [Aug. 10] and a $2,500 signature bond was set with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license and to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Andre A. Doby, 27, Rice Lake, was charged Aug. 12 with three counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor criminal trespass to dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia [Aug. 10] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one person.

Amanda M. Thompson, 42, Barron, was charged Aug. 13 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) (as party to a crime) [Aug. 11] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Joshua W. Thompson, 46, Barron, was charged Aug. 13 with retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) (as party to a crime) [Aug. 11] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Jacob R. Rheingans, 43, Barron, was charged Aug. 16 with possession of methamphetamine [Aug. 14] and a cash bond was set at $250.

Brandon L. Bolin, 46, Rice Lake, was charged Aug. 17 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors possession of THC and carry concealed weapon [Aug. 17] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Matthew S. Sharpley, 37, Cameron, was charged Aug. 17 with OWI (fifth or sixth) and operating with PAC (fifth or sixth) [May 29].

Damion M. Larson, 29, Luck and formerly of Rice Lake, had charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintain a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 15, 2020] dismissed but read in on Aug. 13. Larson had charges of possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of THC and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [Feb. 21] dismissed but read in.

Shawn J. Norman, 31, Rice Lake, had probation for bail jumping-felony [Aug. 18, 2020] revoked on Aug. 12 and was ordered to 6 months of local jail and to pay costs of $18.18.

Jarred A. Apfel, 38, Cameron, pled guilty June 4 to possession of methamphetamine and forfeiture operate with restricted controlled substance (first) [Sept. 5, 2020] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $811.50, must avoid controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, alcohol assessment and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Lucy L. Hart, 24, Cumberland, pled guilty Aug. 11 to an amended charge of criminal damage to property (more than $2,500) and misdemeanor negligent handling of burning material [Dec. 13, 2020] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $1,365.97, must undergo a mental health assessment, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment.

Misdemeanors

Christopher J. Helwig, 44, Marshfield, was charged Aug. 17 with OWI (third) and possession of cocaine/coca [July 22].

Austin R. Figueroa, 27, Chippewa Falls and formerly of Cameron, pled guilty Aug. 9 to stalking and misdemeanor battery (both domestic abuse) [June 21, 2020] and was ordered Aug. 11 to 1.5 years in state prison and two years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $1,161, must have no contact with one person and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of felony third-degree sexual assault was dismissed but read in. Figueroa had a charge of criminal damage [April 26] to property dismissed but read in on Aug. 9. Figueroa had charges of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer and forfeiture harassment-conduct or acts [June 27] dismissed but read in.

Richard A. Leuck, 42, Chippewa Falls, pled guilty Aug. 13 to OWI (second) and operate a firearm with a controlled substance [Sept. 9, 2020] and was ordered to 12 months of license revoked, 30 days in jail-imposed and stayed, 18 months probation-sentence-withheld, 18 months of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of five days in jail, costs of $1,935, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of misdemeanors operate firearm with a controlled substance and operate with restricted controlled substance (second) [Sept. 9, 2020] was dismissed.

Dereck Peterson, 35, Canton, pled guilty Aug. 12 to possession of illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 14, 2020] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $886, must avoid any prescriptions not prescribed to him and be used only in the manner directed and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Levi A. Hanson, 26, Weyerhaeuser, pled guilty Aug. 13 to operating with PAC (second) [Dec. 17, 2020] and was ordered to 12 months of ignition interlock, 10 days of local jail, 12 months license revoked, fines of $1,429 and alcohol assessment. Charges of OWI (second and resisting or obstructing an officer [Dec. 17, 2020] were dismissed.
