Christina M. Gilles, 40, Rice Lake, was charged Aug. 21 with battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer [Aug. 18].

Samantha R. Prekker, 23, Rice Lake, was charged Aug. 26 with possession of methamphetamine [Aug. 26].

Andrew C. Loofboro, 38, Chetek, was charged Sept. 26 with possession of methamphetamine [Aug. 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Emma R. Humphreys, 24, Rice Lake, had a charge of extradition-arrest without warrant [July 24] dismissed on Aug. 21.

Kari J. Hislop, 30, Barron, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 to possession of methamphetamine [Feb. 2] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518 and must undergo any recommended treatments.

David R. Wenger, 56, Wisconsin Rapids, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 to OWI (fourth) [Oct. 7, 2018] and was ordered to 30 months’ license revoked, 30 months’ ignition interlock and three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 60 days in jail, costs of $2,235, must remain absolutely sober, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (fourth) [Oct. 7, 2018] was dismissed but read in.

Shawn M. Smith, 28, Barron, leaded guilty Aug. 23 to second-degree recklessly endanger safety [May 11] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of one year in jail, costs of $518 and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of misdemeanor possession of cocaine/coca (as party to a crime) [May 11], theft-movable property ($2,500 or less) (as party to a crime) [May 10], resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia [May 11] were dismissed on Aug. 23.

Richard L. Olson, 51, Barron, had two charges of bail jumping-felony [May 8] dismissed but read in on Aug. 23. Olson had a charge of bail jumping-felony [Jan. 26] dismissed but read in on Aug. 23.

Sadi S. Fisher, 29, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty Aug. 23 to possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping-felony [April 7] and was sentenced to three years in state prison-imposed and stayed, three years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed, three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 30 days in jail, 240 hours of community service, costs of $1,036, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 7] was dismissed but read in on Aug. 23. Fisher pleaded guilty Aug. 23 to possession of methamphetamine [April 19] and was ordered to three years, served concurrently, of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of misdemeanor possession of THC [April 19] was dismissed but read in. Fisher had a charge of manufacture or deliver amphetamine (three grams or less) [Dec. 21, 2017] dismissed but read in on Aug. 23.

Misdemeanors

Justin R. King, 38, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to OWI (first) and amended charges of forfeiture disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer [Jan. 26] and was ordered to license revoked seven months, alcohol assessment and costs of $1,345. Charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and forfeiture operating with PAC (first, 0.15 or less) [Jan. 26] were dismissed.

Lavina M. Cupp, 32, Rice Lake, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [Oct. 12, 2018] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443 and must undergo any recommended treatments.
