William B. VanAllen III, 30, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 25 with manufacture or deliver amphetamine (3 grams or less) (second and subsequent offense) and three counts of bail jumping-felony [Feb. 14] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Jessica R. Hammac, 34, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 25 with two counts of manufacture or deliver amphetamine (3 grams or less) (both second or subsequent offense) [Nov. 23, 2020; and Jan. 14, 2021], maintain a drug trafficking place [Nov. 23, 2020] and two counts of bail jumping-felony [Nov. 23, 2020] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Richard L. Johnson, 36, Rice Lake, was charged Feb. 26 with two counts of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, one count of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors battery and resisting or obstructing an officer [Feb. 26] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one person, must avoid any controlled substances except those prescribed by a doctor, must remain absolutely sober and must avoid alcohol.

Mohamed A. Hassan, 17, Barron, was charged March 1 with extradition-arrest without warrant [March 1] and a cash bond was set at $5,000.

Jeremiah T. Switzer, 40, Rice Lake, was charged March 1 with possession of THC (second-plus offense) and misdemeanors possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 15] and a summons was issued.

Joseph T. Long, 39, Cumberland, was charged March 2 with bail jumping-felony [Feb. 12].

Delbert G. Parr, 66, Cumberland, had charges of OWI (seventh, eighth and ninth) and operating with PAC (seventh, eighth and ninth) [Feb. 6, 2020] dismissed on prosecutor’s motion on Feb. 25.

Robert S. Malone, 28, Barronett, pled guilty Sept. 15, 2020 to stalking and vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [Feb. 26, 2020] and was ordered Feb. 23, 2021, to 1.5 years of state prison, 1.5 years of extended supervision and conditions of costs of $1,136, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid controlled substances except those prescribed to him by a doctor, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must have no contact with the victims and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer and misdemeanors criminal damage to property, computer message-threaten injury or harm and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Feb. 26, 2020] were dismissed but read in.

Tonya M. Bleifus, 32, Cumberland, had charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 13, 2020] were ordered to deferred prosecution or sentence on Feb. 24.

Amanda M. Coen, 39, Cumberland, pled guilty Feb. 26 to theft-movable property (as party to a crime) [April 11, 2020] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 10 days in jail or 80 hours of community service, costs of $528, must have no contact with the victims and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of take and drive vehicle without consent (as party to a crime) [April 11, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Joseph D. Penzkover, 24, Cameron, pled guilty Feb. 24 to substantial battery-intend bodily harm and misdemeanor possession of THC (as party to a crime) [April 29, 2020] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $961, must remain absolutely sober, must have no contact with three people unless approved by the probation agent, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) [April 29, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Marty A. Nichols, 52, Cameron, had charges of possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor operating while revoked [June 5, 2020] dismissed but read in on Feb. 25. Nichols had charges of three counts of bail jumping-felony and one count of misdemeanor operating while revoked [Sept. 12, 2020] dismissed but read in on Feb. 25.

Daniel M. Rushton, 43, Chetek, pled guilty Nov. 6, 2020, to OWI (fifth or sixth) [July 4, 2020] and was ordered Feb. 22 to one lifetime license revocation, two years in state prison and four years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $1,769, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (fifth or sixth) [July 4, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Hunter A. Dushinske, 32, Barron, had charges of OWI (third) and operating with PAC (third) [Feb. 9, 2020] dismissed on prosecutor’s motion on Feb. 24.

Matthew L. Miller, 25, Dodge Correctional Institution and formerly Rice Lake, pled guilty Feb. 24 to attempted entry into locked coin box and criminal damage to property (as party to a crime) [June 10, 2020] and was ordered to 18 months of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs and restitution of $1,625.71 and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of felonies burglary-building or dwelling and possession of burglarious tools (both as party to a crime) [June 10, 2020] were dismissed but read in.

Dean F. Schuebel, 71, Cameron, pled no contest Feb. 26 to an amended charge of forfeiture criminal damage to property [Oct. 1, 2020] and was ordered to pay restitution and fine of $350. A charge of misdemeanor entry into building/construction site/room [Oct. 1, 2020] was dismissed but read in.
