9:10 a.m. Deputy is attempting to pick up some subjects on a probation warrant. 10:24 a.m., out with the subject. 10:36 a.m., another squad is requested for transport. Probation warrant is valid. 10:46 a.m., another probation warrant is valid. 11:13 a.m., at the jail.

5:22 p.m. Armored truck driver in Dallas says he might have hit a deer.

6:05 p.m. Caller says she is in the ditch near Chetek. She does not know where she is and hit her head. A passerby said the crash was on Sixth Avenue west of CTH I. EMS and Chetek Fire paged. 6:47 p.m., field sobriety test for OWI. 6:55 p.m., call from the district attorney requested. 8:40 p.m., at the hospital. 9:48 p.m., at the jail.

8:49 p.m. New Auburn caller says he got a death threat from the woman who is the mother of his child. She lives in Minnesota. 9:03 p.m., man was advised about getting a restraining order. They are going through a child custody case.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

1:34 a.m. Chetek caller says he is at an apartment and hung up. 1:45 a.m., a man said there was someone in his apartment. 1:54 a.m., officer at the address. A woman said she saw someone in the area but she did not call 911. 1:57 a.m., officer checked the area. Everything appeared to be normal.

1:57 a.m. Chetek caller says his brother said to call the police and send them to his mother’s house. Brother said he could hear a vehicle in the background and people fighting. 2:03 a.m., officer says no one is at the mother’s house. 2:10 a.m., felony traffic stop. Subjects in custody. Two men may be in a van and kidnapped some friends. 2:16 a.m., officer is out with a subject near Hwy. 53. 2:25 a.m., officer is out with a female subject on Banks Street. People are inside the house. 2:28 a.m., one is ducking down and shutting off the lights. Officer is out with a man. 2:44 a.m., woman has her vehicle back. 2:56 a.m., en route to jail with one man.

2:10 a.m. Caller says they heard a man was kidnapped by another subject and was in a van driving on Knapp Street. 2:21 a.m., call was related to the call above.

5:13 p.m. Caller says she hit a pedestrian on Hwy. 25 south of Hillsdale. She said she was going 60 mph and the subject is in the ditch. The pedestrian is breathing and talking. She is complaining of leg pain. EMS and Barron Fire paged. Helicopter paged. 5:31 p.m., one ambulance service says they don’t have an available ambulance. 5:37 p.m., helicopter is on the ground.

5:57 p.m. Cameron officer is out with a car that was driving on the railroad tracks.

Thursday, Nov. 21

7:22 a.m. Chetek caller says she cannot walk on her floor because it is rippling and shaking. She was advised to contact her landlord. 7:28 a.m., officer says it is a maintenance issue.

9:54 p.m. Cameron woman says she has a foster child that is cutting and having suicidal thoughts. No EMS is needed at this time. 12:01 a.m., officer requests social worker is contacted. Man is in custody for obstructing and resisting. 12:10 a.m., en route to jail.

Friday, Nov. 22

7:45 p.m. New Auburn man says a truck with emergency lights stops at his house. It then turns around and leaves. 8:03 p.m., man says it has been happening for several weeks and has been more frequent in the last three days. Extra patrol will be in the area.

10:37 p.m. Gas leak in rural Chetek. Everyone is out of the house. Chetek Fire paged. 11:22 p.m., there was a small gas leak in the furnace. The gas was shut off.

11:01 p.m. Rural Chetek caller found his cabin door open. He requested a walk-through. 11:12 p.m., everything was clear.

Saturday, Nov. 23

4:04 a.m. Dallas caller says a man in a Jeep is trying to go after him. He does not know who they are. He met them at a bar and went back to their residence. The man started making threats and demanded money. He left the house. 4:30 a.m., deputy has a man in custody. 4:51 p.m., man blew a .117 PBT. 4:57 a.m., probation will not place a hold. Deputies checking addresses. 5:10 a.m., man was dropped off at his residence in Ridgeland.

10:16 a.m. Caller reports small fires along Hwy. 53 south of Cameron. 10:39 a.m., deputy did not see any fires.

7:57 p.m. High-speed chase on Airport Road south from Rice Lake. 8:01 p.m., speeds over 100 mph were reported. Deputy is checking the area for the vehicle. 9 p.m., district attorney approved a ping on a suspect’s phone for reason of danger of death or serious injury. 9:14 p.m., phone was off. 9:29 p.m., Rice Lake officer says probation says a man may be in contact with a man who has an ankle monitor. The ankle monitor is pinging to near Hillsdale. 10 p.m., deputy says subjects took off into the woods. Man is now in custody. Rice Lake will impound the vehicle. Probation is contacted for the other man. 10:15 p.m., en route to the jail.

8:31 p.m. Caller says an apartment has been open for the last two days and the resident is not answering. 8:41 p.m., officer says no one is there. Neighbors have not seen him in a few days. 9:16 p.m., social worker and emergency contact were called.

9:29 p.m. Cameron officer says a man’s car on a no-drink order is parked at a bar. 9:50 p.m., probation will not place a hold on either subject.

Sunday, Nov. 24

12:30 a.m. Chetek officer says a man on probation was bar hopping. 12:41 a.m., man was detained for smell of drugs. The vehicle will be searched. 12:48 a.m., drugs were found in a pill bottle with the man’s name on it. 1:18 a.m., probation will place a hold. En route to jail.

1:25 a.m. Cameron woman says a man pushed her around and put his hands on her neck. No EMS needed. 1:49 a.m., man is in custody for strangulation.
