Felonies

Danielle R. Hagen, 20, Cumberland, was charged Nov. 13 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors bail jumping-misdemeanor and theft-movable property ($2,500 or less) [Nov. 7] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one subject. Hagen was charged Nov. 13 with disorderly conduct [Nov. 11] with bond conditions the same as above.

Michael W. Rust, 39, Cameron, was charged Nov. 14 with attempted aggravated battery-elderly (domestic abuse) and misdemeanors disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and resisting or obstructing an officer [Nov. 17] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with two subjects or their residence, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Dustin A. Davis, 32, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 15 with possession with intent to deliver narcotics (as party to a crime), bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of a controlled substance (as party to a crime), possession of illegally obtained prescription (as party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) [Nov. 12] and a cash bond was set at $1,000.

Amanda J. Zahurance, 30, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 15 with possession with intent to deliver narcotics, and misdemeanors possession of a controlled substance, possession of illegally obtained prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia (all as party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 12] and a cash bond was set at $500.

Christina M. Gilles, 40, Rice Lake, had a deferred prosecution agreement for child abuse-recklessly cause harm [June 2] revoked on Aug. 22, pled guilty Nov. 15 and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must have no contact with one subject without the mother’s consent, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Gilles pled guilty Nov. 15 to misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer [Aug. 18] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must have no contact with one subject without the subject’s mother’s approval, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of felony bail jumping-felony, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [Aug. 18] dismissed but read in. Gilles had two counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor fraud an inkeeper, etc.-nonpayment ($2,500 or less) [Oct. 2] dismissed but read in on Nov. 15.

Michael T. Whaley, 53, Rice Lake, had a charge of possession of methamphetamine [June 1] dismissed on prosecutor’s motion on Nov. 15.

Charles W. Gilbert, 39, Rice Lake pled guilty Nov. 15 to battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer [Sept. 26] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 30 days in jail, costs of $518, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer [Sept. 26] were dismissed but read in on Nov. 15.

Misdemeanors

Melissa L. Glaser, 41, New Auburn, had a charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Dec. 22, 2018] dismissed but read in on Nov. 11. Glaser had four counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Oct. 27] dismissed but read in on Nov. 11.

Noah E. Overly, 38, Chetek, had a deferred prosecution or sentence agreement for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) revoked on Nov. 14, pled guilty and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $543, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Overly had a deferred prosecution agreement for bail jumping-misdemeanor [May 25] revoked on Oct. 31, pled guilty Nov. 14 and was ordered Nov. 15 to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443 and must remain absolutely sober, must avoid anywhere alcohol is sold excluding for work, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 3] was dismissed but read in. Overly had a charged of bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 4] dismissed but read in on Nov. 14. Overly had a charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Sept. 22] dismissed but read in on Nov. 14.
