Felonies

Christian X. Weast, 24, Cameron, was charged Oct. 7 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [Sept. 26] and a cash bond was set at $100 with conditions to have no contact with one person.

Robert C. Cree, 47, Chetek, was charged Oct. 7 with bail jumping-felony [May 15] and a cash bond was set at $10,000 with conditions to have no contact with one person. Cree was charged Oct. 8 with extradition-arrest without warrant.

Patrick R. Fenton, 42, Prairie Farm, was charged Oct. 8 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of bail jumping-misdemeanor and a $2,500 signature bond was set.

Joel R. Rasmussen, 41, Cameron, was charged Oct. 8 with false imprisonment and misdemeanors batter, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property (all domestic abuse) with conditions to have no contact with one person except one time to retrieve personal belongings.

Christopher A. Curtis, 40, Barron, was charged Oct. 8 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second-plus offense) and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Oct. 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Gary L. Bronstad, 34, Cumberland, was charged Oct. 12 with two counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) [Oct. 9] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with one person or their residence and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

James R. Taylor, no age or address listed, was charged Oct. 12 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct [Oct. 9] and a signature bond was set at$2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Mackenzie J. Morgan, 22, Eau Claire, was charged Oct. 7 with third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault [Jan. 20, 2019] and a summons was issued.

Christopher D. Holman, 34, Altoona, was charged Oct. 8 with theft by contractor ($2,500–$5,000) [March 3] and theft by contractor ($10,000–$100,000) [April 3] and a signature bond was set at $10,000 with conditions to have no contact with two subjects and must surrender his passport.

Lydia L. Retzlaff, 38, Barron, had charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 7] dismissed on Oct. 7 after a deferred prosecution or sentence agreement was fulfilled.

Brian W. Savina, 38, Stanley, pled guilty Oct. 9 to second-degree recklessly endangering safety, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, hit and run-involve injury and OWI (third) (all repeater) [July 20] and was ordered to four years in state prison, 24 months’ license revoked and ignition interlock, six years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $3,298, must avoid controlled substances except those prescribed to him in the prescribed amounts, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of three counts of felony second-degree recklessly endanger safety, possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor hit and run (all repeater) [June 20] were dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Christopher J. Dosch, 52, Chetek, was charged Oct. 12 with battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property (all domestic abuse) [Oct. 2] and a statewide body-only warrant was issued.

James R. Reynolds, 37, Cameron, pled guilty Oct. 7 to operating while revoked [July 26] and was ordered to 40 hours of community service, five days in local jail and costs of $579. Two charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 26] were dismissed but read in. Reynolds pled guilty Oct. 7 to operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [May 29] and was ordered one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 10 days in jail or 80 hours of community service, costs of $886, must have no contact with one subject and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Steven A. Stence, 30, Rice Lake, pled guilty Oct. 9 to criminal damage to property [April 28] and intimidate victim or dissuade reporting [May 8] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs and restitution of $996, must have no contact with one person, must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of felony substantial battery-intend bodily harm (domestic abuse) and misdemeanor bail jumping [May 8] was dismissed.

Glenn D. Perry, 47, New Auburn, pled no contest to an amended charge of forfeiture disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [May 21] and was ordered to pay a fine of $367.50. Charges of battery and bail jumping-misdemeanor [May 21] were dismissed. Perry pled no contest on Oct. 9 to an amended forfeiture charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [March 1]and was ordered to pay costs of $367.50. A charge of misdemeanor battery (domestic abuse) [March 1] was dismissed.

Holly M. Summers, 36, New Auburn, pled guilty Oct. 9 to an amended charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and another charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [Nov. 1, 2019] and was ordered to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $886, must avoid controlled substances, paraphernalia and alcohol and must undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kelly M. Sandell, 42, Dallas, pled guilty Oct. 9 to resisting or obstructing an officer [Feb. 12] and was ordered to pay costs of $443.

Natasha J. Schick, 53, Rice Lake, pled guilty Oct. 2 to retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) [Feb. 2] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $, must have no contact with Walmart in Rice Lake, must obtain a drivers license and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanors operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Feb. 2] were dismissed but read in.
