Tina L. Anderson, 48, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 25 with identity theft-obtain money or credit [Sept. 9] and a summons was issued.

Jess A. Blake, 37, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 26 with vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer and misdemeanors operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 23] and a cash bond was set at $1,000.

Milo C. Merrill Jr., 35, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 27 with OWI (fifth or sixth) [Nov. 25] and a cash bond was set at $500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license, to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must submit daily PBTs at the Rice Lake Police Department.

Jennesa L. Hillman, 30, Chetek, was charged Nov. 27 with bail jumping-felony, and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 26] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol.

Summer D. Youngbear, 30, Cumberland, was charged Dec. 2 with bail jumping-felony [Nov. 30] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to avoid alcohol and submit PBTs twice daily to the St. Croix Police Department.

Dustin A. Davis, 32, Rice Lake, was charged Dec. 2 with extradition-arrest without warrant [Dec. 2] and a cash bond was set at $1,000.

Nicholas A. Apfel, 38, Barron, pled guilty Nov. 25 to burglary-building or dwelling and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $528, must remain absolutely sober, must participate in drug court and undergo any recommended treatments.

Brandon S. Nickell, 28, Cameron, pled guilty Nov. 22 to possession of methamphetamine [June 16] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [June 16] was dismissed but read in on Nov. 22.

Kevin S. McFarland, 55, Rice Lake, pled guilty Oct. 23 to possession of methamphetamine [April 22] and was ordered Nov. 22 to other sentence, 1.5 years of state prison and two years of extended supervision (all imposed and stayed) and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of 36 days in jail or 100 hours of community service each year for three years, costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must only use medication in the way prescribed and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia [April 22] was dismissed but read in on Nov. 23.

Michael P. Carlson, 38, Barron, pled guilty Nov. 25 to OWI (fourth) [Jan. 26] and was ordered to one lifetime license revocation, 270 days in jail-sentence imposed and stayed, other sentence-imposed and stayed and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of 75 days in jail, costs of $2,577, must remain absolutely sober, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with PAC (fourth) [Jan. 26] was dismissed but read in.

Melodee K. Truitt, 39, Mikana, pled guilty Sept. 20 to possession of methamphetamine and maintain a drug trafficking place [May 3, 2018] and was ordered Nov. 21 to two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $1,036, must have no contact with four subjects, must avoid controlled substances and drug paraphernalia and must undergo any recommended treatments. Charges of possess short-barreled shotgun or rifle and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [May 3] were dismissed but read in on Sept. 20.

Misdemeanors

Anthony R. Rodriquez, 30, Cameron, was charged Nov. 27 with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property (both domestic abuse) [Nov. 26] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one subject except one time with law enforcement to retrieve personal belongings. Rodriquez was charged Dec. 2 with bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 30] and a cash bond was set at $100 with the same conditions as above and to provide his new address to the clerk of courts.

Noah E. Overly, 39, Chetek, was charged Nov. 27 with two counts of criminal damage to property [Sept. 3 and Nov. 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject.

Jeremy A. Gackle, 34, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 29 with battery (domestic abuse) [Nov. 28], battery (domestic abuse) and battery [Nov. 30] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with two subjects and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Angie J. Putnam, 43, Cameron, was charged Dec. 2 with resisting or obstructing an officer [Nov. 30] and a summons was issued.

Naiomi E. Paternoga, 23, Rice Lake, pled guilty Nov. 22 to fraud an innkeeper, etc.-nonpayment ($2,500 or less) [Oct. 2] and was ordered to pay costs of $453. Six counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in.

Joseph D. Penzkover, 23, Cameron, pled guilty Nov. 29 to retail theft-intentionally take ($500 or less) [July 17] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of five days in jail or 40 hours of community service, restitution and costs of $792.50, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 17] was dismissed but read in on Nov. 29. Penzkover pled guilty Nov. 29 to criminal damage to property [May 10] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld and served concurrently with conditions of five days in jail or 40 hours of community service, costs of $453, must have no contact with two subjects or their residence, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of disorderly conduct [May 10] was dismissed but read in on Nov. 29.
