Felonies

Theresa S. Robb, 46, Comstock, straw purchasing of a firearm [Aug. 30] and a summons was issued.

Spencer B. McLin, 31, Rice Lake, was charged Oct. 22 with strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) [Oct. 18], misdemeanors battery (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [July 18] and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Oct. 18] and a $300 cash bond was set with conditions to have no contact with one subject. McLin was charged Oct. 23 with bail jumping-misdemeanor [Oct. 3] and the same bond and conditions apply.

Joshua J. Robarge, 34, Rice Lake, was charged Oct. 22 with neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 years or disability) [Oct. 17] and a summons was issued.

Scott J. Harris, 36, Rice Lake, was charged Oct. 23 with extradition-arrest without warrant [Oct. 23] and a cash bond was set at $5,000.

Michelle M. Blaser, 45, Cumberland, was charged Oct. 25 with theft-movable property-special facts [July 15] and misappropriate ID info-obtain money [Aug. 2] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with one subject or Woodstone Senior Living.

Danielle A. West, 40, Rice Lake, was charged Oct. 28 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer [Oct. 26] and a signature bond was set at $5,000 with conditions to have no contact with one address in Rice Lake and to have no abusive contact with two subjects.

Edward J. Wakefield, 53, Dallas, had charges of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Aug. 19] dismissed on Oct. 25. Wakefield pled guilty Oct. 25 to bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor OWI (third) [Jan. 5] and was ordered to 45 days in local jail, license revoked 24 months, ignition interlock for 24 months, alcohol assessment costs of $2,012 and two years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of five days in jail, 40 hours of community service, absolute sobriety and must undergo any recommended treatments. Misdemeanor charges of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, ignition interlock device tampering or failing to install and operate with restricted controlled substance (third) [Jan. 5] were dismissed but read in.

Richard L. Olson, 51, Barron, pled guilty Oct. 22 to OWI cause injury (second-plus), hit-and-run-involve great bodily harm and misdemeanor operating while revoked [Aug. 19] and was ordered to three years in state prison, three years of extended supervision, two years of license revoked and six months of local jail with conditions of costs of $1,479, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid controlled substances excluding those prescribed to him, must avoid places alcohol is sold, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of felony operating with PAC (fourth) [Aug. 19] dismissed but read in.

Justin A. Nickell, 29, Barron, pled guilty Oct. 23 to substantial battery-intend bodily harm [Feb. 2] and was ordered to 1.5 years in state prison-imposed and stayed, two years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs and restitution of $1,627.13, must have no contact with one subject, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct [Feb. 2] was dismissed but read in.

Tanesha L. Good, 21, Rice Lake, had a charge of fraud against financial institution ($500–$10,000) [Aug. 1, 2018] ordered to three months of deferred prosecution or sentence with conditions of 150 hours of community service.

Timothy M. Morgan, 40, Cameron, pled guilty Oct. 23 to possession of methamphetamine [May 30] and was ordered to 1.5 years of state prison-imposed and stayed, two years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and three years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of costs of $518, must remain absolutely sober, must avoid controlled substances except those prescribed to him, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and must undergo any recommended treatments.

Brandon M. Swanson, 37, Turtle Lake, had charges of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor operating while revoked [June 9] dismissed but read in on Oct. 24. Swanson had charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [July 17] dismissed but read in on Oct. 24.

Steven R. Defoe, 31, Chetek, was charged Oct. 24 with bail jumping-misdemeanor [Sept. 26] and a summons was issued.

Leighton R. Givens, 31, Cameron, had a charge of disorderly conduct [April 26] dismissed on Oct. 25.
