Timothy W. Cook Jr., 29, Barron, was charged Nov. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 14] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Zachary R. Nelson, 31, New Auburn, was charged Nov. 21 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Nov. 20] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Mark A. Johnson, 66, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 21 with OWI (10th or more) and misdemeanor operating while revoked [Nov. 18] and a cash bond was set at $15,000 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must not drive without a valid license and must submit daily PBTs to the Rice Lake Police Department.

Donna M. Labar, 35, Rice Lake, was charged Nov. 22 with possession with intent-amphetamine (three grams or less) and misdemeanors possession of THC and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [Nov. 20] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Nathanial J. Sprague, 39, Barron, was charged Nov. 22 with bail jumping-felony [Nov. 13] and a summons was issued.

Jacob A. Hansen, 29, Cameron, was charged Nov. 25 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanors battery and disorderly conduct (all domestic abuse) [Nov. 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one subject.

Charles A. Bugg, 26, Chetek, pled guilty Sept. 20 to three counts of possession of methamphetamine [Dec. 8, 2017; July 15, 2018; and July 20, 2018] and was ordered Nov. 18 to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 30 days in jail, costs of $1,554, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment.

Misdemeanors

Kevin L. Swartz, 34, Chetek, was charged Nov. 21 with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping-misdemeanor [Nov. 20] and a signature bond was set at $1,000 with conditions to have no contact with one subject except one time with law enforcement to collect belongings.

Zachary T. Kahl, 23, Chetek, pled guilty Nov. 14 to hit-and-run [July 20] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $443, must avoid alcohol and anywhere alcohol is sold, must stay absolutely sober and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of bail jumping-felony [July 20] was dismissed but read in.

Carl E. Dickerson, 35, Cameron, pled guilty to theft-false representation ($2,500 or less) [May 5] and was ordered to pay costs of $453. A charge of retail theft-alter price ($500 or less) [May 11] was dismissed but read in. Dickerson had a charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 29] dismissed but read in on Nov. 22. Dickerson had charges of operating while revoked and bail jumping-misdemeanor [June 29] dismissed but read in on Nov. 22. Dickerson pled guilty Nov. 22 to operating while revoked [Aug. 14] and was ordered to 160 hours of community service or 20 days in local jail and costs of $443. A charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor [Aug. 14] was dismissed but read in.

Richard J. Hollander, 57, Cameron, was ordered Nov. 15 to deferred prosecution or sentence for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Sept. 4].

Esteban Tehuacatl-Garcia, 38, Chetek, pled guilty Nov. 20 to operate without valid license (second within three years) [Aug. 18] and was ordered to pay costs of $516.
