Jonathan D. Bauerfield, 24, Clayton, was charged May 13 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second-plus offense) and two counts of bail jumping-felony [May 12] and a cash bond was set at $500.

Travis T. Twitchell, 29, Cumberland, was charged May 13 with possession of methamphetamine, maintain a drug trafficking place (as party to a crime), bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [May 8] and a summons was issued.

Eric L. Mundo, 49, Rice Lake, was charged May 14 with possession of methamphetamine (repeater) (as party to a crime), possession of THC (second-plus offense) (repeater) (as party to a crime), maintain a drug trafficking place (repeater) (as party to a crime), two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) and bail jumping-felony [May 12] and a signature bond was set at $5,000.

Breanna Showkeir, 28, Cumberland, was charged May 14 with possession of narcotic drugs, maintain a drug trafficking place (as party to a crime), neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under six or disability), and misdemeanors neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) (as party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) [May 8] and a summons was issued.

Justin J. Cloud, 32, Barron, was charged May 15 with two counts of arson of property other than building [April 26 and May 3], three counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety [April 26, May 3 and May 5] and one count of misdemeanor negligent handling of burning material [May 5] and a signature bond was set at $10,000.

Cassandra L. Skendziel, 31, Rice Lake, was charged May 15 with possession of methamphetamine, maintain a drug trafficking place, misdemeanors possession of THC, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (this charge and previous all as party to a crime), possession of a controlled substance and possession of illegally obtained prescription [May 12] and a summons was issued.

Tatum M. Miller, 19, Rice Lake, was charged May 18 with strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), false imprisonment (domestic abuse), intimidate victim or use/attempt force, and misdemeanors disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), possession of cocaine or coca, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [May 16] and a signature bond was set at $10,000 with conditions to have no contact with one person.

Danielle N. Ford, 29, Chippewa Falls, was charged May 18 with vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer [May 15] and a cash bond was set at $250 with conditions to not drive without a valid driver’s license.

Scott L. Miller Jr., 28, Cameron, was charged May 18 with three counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and bail jumping-misdemeanor [May 17] and a cash bond was set at $100 with conditions to have no abusive contact with one person and must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold.

Bethany E. Fisher, 23, Cumberland, was charged May 18 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC (second-plus offence) [May 12] and a summons was issued.

Misdemeanors

Kaylee P. Loucks, 17, New Auburn, had a charge of disorderly conduct [Oct. 1, 2019] dismissed on May 14 after a deferred prosecution or agreement was fulfilled.

Matthew E. Petersen, 38, New Auburn, pled guilty May 15 to OWI (third) [July 12, 2019] and was ordered to pay costs of $1,807, 27 months of ignition interlock, 27 months of license revoked, 80 days in local jail and alcohol assessment. Charges of two counts of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor operating with PAC (third) [July 12, 2019] were dismissed but read in.

Jeffrey S. Collier, 52, Barron, OWI (second) [Dec. 28, 2019], $1,429, local jail, license revoked 12 months, ignition interlock, alcohol assessment and other sentence.
