Jerald H. Solum, 63, Cumberland, was charged Sept. 9 with OWI (fifth or sixth) and operating with PAC (fifth or sixth) [June 4].

Jesse J. Scheel, 36, Rice Lake, was charged Sept. 9 with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Sept. 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Aimee S. Alramadhan, 38, Cumberland, was charged Sept. 9 with interfere with custody-beyond visitation [Nov. 16, 2019] and a nationwide, body-only warrant was issued.

Joshua J. Sprenger, 39, Rice Lake, had charges of OWI (fourth) and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Aug. 28] dismissed on Sept. 10.

Devin C. Baldwin, 25, Cumberland, pled guilty March 25 to an amended charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer [Jan. 30, 2020] and was ordered Sept. 14 to three years in state prison-imposed and stayed, five years of extended supervision-imposed and stayed and five years of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of nine months in jail, costs of $2,005.95, must remain absolutely sober excluding prescription medication taken in the manner prescribed by a doctor, must avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold, must avoid firearms, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. Charges of attempted battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, misdemeanors disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property, operate firearm while intoxicated, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia [Jan. 30] was dismissed but read in.

Peter J. Roberts, 25, Chetek, pled guilty June 15 to possession of methamphetamine [Jan. 15] and was ordered Sept. 14 to 1.5 years in state prison and two years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $518, must avoid controlled substances and drug paraphernalia and must avoid alcohol. A charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [Jan. 15] was dismissed.

Ian G. Bednarek, 22, Rice Lake, had charges of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) [Aug. 9] dismissed but read in on Sept. 8.

Andrew J. Yeske, 33, Barron, pled guilty Sept. 9 to possession of methamphetamine [April 4] and was ordered to three years of probation-sentence withheld with conditions to pay costs of $518, must avoid alcohol, must avoid controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, must undergo any recommended treatments and alcohol assessment. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia [April 4] was dismissed but read in.

Douglas W. Moses, 59, Rice Lake, had a charge of bail jumping-felony [May 3] dismissed but read in on Sept. 3.

Misdemeanors

Joshua L. Lowrie, 43, Cameron, was charged Sept. 10 with battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property (all domestic abuse) [Sept. 8] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to have no contact with three people.

Jordin L. Carlsen, 29, Mineapolis, Minn., and formerly of Chetek, pled guilty Sept. 10 to an amended charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin [April 18, 2020] and was ordered to pay costs of $443. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in.

Elizabeth A. Duffy, 28, Rice Lake, pled no contest to an amended charge of forfeiture retail theft [Dec. 22, 2020] and was ordered to pay $292.50.

Hunter C. Larson, 19, Barron, pled guilty Sept. 10 to an amended charge of criminal damage to property [July 12, 2020] and was ordered to 90 days in local jail-imposed and stayed and one year of probation-sentence imposed with conditions of five days in jail, costs and restitution of $1,221.78, must have no contact with one person, must undergo any recommended treatments, alcohol assessment. The record will be expunged if all obligations are met.

Desiree L. Wagner, 25, Barron, pled guilty Sept. 3 to entry into/onto building or construction site or room [Nov. 11, 2020] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions to pay costs and restitution of $453, must remain absolutely sober must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of felony bail jumping [Nov. 11, 2020] was dismissed but read in.

Robert D. Willsey, 41, Chetek, pled guilty Sept. 7 to negligent operation of a motor vehicle [April 3] and was ordered to pay costs of $443 and 10 days of local jail or 80 hours of community service. A charge of disorderly conduct [April 3] was dismissed but read in.
