Felonies

Nicole M. Simons, 47, Chetek, was charged July 20 with possession of methamphetamine (repeater), possession of THC (second-plus offense (repeater), bail jumping (repeater) and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia [April 24] and a summons was issued.

Richard L. Johnson, 37, Barron, was charged July 21 with possession of methamphetamine and four counts of bail jumping-felony [July 19] and a cash bond was set at $350 with conditions to have no contact with Rice Lake Weighing.

Michael A. Nelson, 32, Almena, was charged July 22 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC [July 21] and a signature bond was set at $2,500.

Daniel D. Conover, 58, Ridgeland, was charged July 23 with OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth) and operating with PAC (seventh, eighth or ninth) [May 17].

Joseph M. Ricci, 41, Rice Lake, was charged July 26 with bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct [July 23] and a cash bond was set at $100.

Michael A. Klingelhoets, 40, Sarona, was charged July 26 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors OWI (third), possession of THC and bail jumping-misdemeanor [July 24] and a signature bond was set at $2,500 with conditions to not drive without a valid license.

Luke M. Pitzen, 44, Clear Lake, was charged July 26 with OWI (fifth or sixth) and bail jumping-felony [July 25] and a cash bond was set at $200 with conditions to avoid alcohol and anywhere it is sold and to not drive without a valid license.

Leslie A. Toews, 44, Clayton, was charged July 26 with second-degree sexual assault of child [March 1, 2011] and a summons was issued.

Patrick A. McClure, 41, Chetek, was charged July 27 with possession of methamphetamine (repeater) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia [April 28].

Edward J. Wakefield, 55, Dallas, had probation for possession of methamphetamine [Sept. 29, 2017] and possession of methamphetamine [Oct. 3, 2017] revoked on July 26 and was ordered to 1.5 years in prison and 1.5 years of extended supervision with conditions of costs of $1,861, must avoid alcohol and drug paraphernalia.

Samantha R. Duffy, 26, Barron, had charges of bail jumping-felony and misdemeanors operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering [June 22] dismissed but read in.

Misdemeanors

Alyssa K. Voldberg, 18, Prairie Farm, was charged July 27 with fourth-degree sexual  assault [Jan. 9] and a summons was issued.

Cleo O. McKinney, 24, Chetek, had probation for bail jumping-misdemeanor [Aug. 23, 2020] revoked on July 26 and was ordered to 90 days in local jail and to pay costs of $443.

Samantha R. Duffy, 26, Barron, pled guilty July 21 to an amended charge of misdemeanor retail theft-alter price ($500 or less) and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of 80 hours of community service, 15 days in jail, must obtain a driver’s license and costs of $453.

Wayne A. Curtis, 60, New Auburn, pled guilty July 23 to disorderly conduct [March 20] and was ordered to pay costs of $443. A charge of battery [March 20] was dismissed but read in.

Jonathan A. Arbuckle, 35, Chetek, pled guilty July 23 to battery (domestic abuse) [May 18] and was ordered to one year of probation-sentence withheld with conditions of costs of $543 and must undergo any recommended treatments. A charge of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse [May 18] was dismissed but read in.
