Blumer, Poppe, Jensen

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser’s Lana Blumer and Natalie Poppe, pictured at left, and Joseph Jensen, pictured at right, all earned hardware at the Heart O’North Conference meet in Cumberland last week. Once again, Blumer and Poppe ran stride for stride and finished in first and second place, respectively, with Blumer edging Poppe by less than one second. Jensen earned all-conference honors for the third consecutive year and finished in a time of 18:37, which was good enough for second place.
