On Wednesday, Oct. 14, Barron County Public Health said that unknown members of the public may have been exposed to COVID-19 at three locations earlier this month. Public notifications were issued to alert people who were at the locations during certain times so they may monitor for illness symptoms and to stay home if they are sick and contact their health care provider.

BCPH said a person or persons were at the following locations during the specified times when they were sick but before they knew of their positive test:

• Fifth Street Saloon, Barron, on Oct. 3, from 8:30 p.m. to Oct. 4, at 12:30 a.m.

• Cameron House, in Cameron, on Oct. 3, from 1:30–5:30 p.m.

• Bear Lake-Haugen Fire Department Spaghetti Feed at Cousins Restaurant, in Haugen, on Oct. 11, from 12–3 p.m.
