Wisconsin tax forms and instructions have arrived at the library. Forms available are: Wisconsin 1 forms and instructions, H and H-EZ Homestead Credit and Rent Certificate, SB Form 1 (Subtractions to income), AD Form 1 (additions to income), Schedule WD Capital Gains and Losses for WI Form 1, and NPR forms (nonresidents and part-time residents.) These are the only Wisconsin forms that the library will be receiving. Call the library (715-924-3195) to arrange curbside pick-up times.
The library will not be receiving any federal tax forms or instructions. Printouts of phone numbers, websites and mailing addresses for contacting the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue are available at the library.
Copies of Barron County Today 2021 are now available at the library. This 52-page brochure has contact information for all officers and elected officials for the county, cities, villages and towns in the county. It contains contact information for all school districts, colleges, UW-Extension offices and public libraries. Health care facilities, recreational opportunities, groups and clubs are listed along with all kinds of must-know info. Call to request a free copy.
Copies of the Wisconsin 2021 Campground Directory have arrived at the library. The publication highlights many of the privately-owned campgrounds in the state. The number of sites, amenities and fees are listed. This handy booklet can help you plan your 2021 getaway.
Local libraries are watching active COVID-19 case numbers within Barron County and may open libraries for browsing in the next few weeks. The Chetek Library will once again be scheduling browsing appointments once this decision is made by county librarians. Curbside pick-up will continue to be available after inside browsing resumes.
