WEDNESDAY, FEB. 6

• 8 a.m.: aerobics

• 9 a.m.: aerobics

• 9:30 a.m.: Bible study

• 10 a.m.: Mahjong (tile-based game)

• 1 p.m.: 500 (card game)

THURSDAY, FEB. 7

• 8:30 a.m.: HIIT (high-intensity interval training) aerobics

• 9 a.m.: tai chi (martial art for defense training and health benefits) DVD

• 9 a.m.: TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meeting

FRIDAY, FEB. 8

• 8 a.m.: aerobics

• 9 a.m.: aerobics

• 12:30 p.m.: hand/foot cards

A salad/soup bar will be served.

MONDAY, FEB. 11

• 8 a.m.: aerobics

• 9 a.m.: aerobics

• 1 p.m.: cribbage

TUESDAY, FEB. 12

• 9 a.m.: tai chi DVD

• 9 a.m.: rosemaling/crafts

• 10 a.m.: pinochle

• 12:30 p.m.: hand/foot cards

• 1 p.m.: Wii Bowling

• 5:15 p.m.: HIIT aerobics
