The annual event to raise funds for the Chetek and Weyerhaeuser community clubs’ annual Christmas for Kids gift drive is 6–10 p.m. at Gilligans, with the auction starting around 7–7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6.

Tags have been hung on wooden Christmas trees at Sterling Bank, Ohde Pharmacy, Heritage Credit Union and KJ’s Fresh Market, all in Chetek, and Barney’s Meats, in Weyerhaeuser. Take a tag, purchase the gift on it and return it to the store or Indianhead Insurance Agency at 316 Knapp St., in Chetek. Tags include toys, or cash donations to fund remaining gift purchases. Checks can be made to Chetek Community Club and mailed to Sterling Bank, PO Box 106, Chetek, WI 54728.

Tags from trees should be returned by noon on Dec. 6. Donations and gifts can be brought to Gilligans from 12–5 p.m. on Dec. 6.
