There are so many houses that are standing empty. Who do they belong to? Why can’t they be rented to people that need a place to live?

There is just no place for a low-income senior citizen or family that needs a good start to rent. I think it might bring more families to the area, or they just might love the house they are renting, they just might find a way to buy it.
