Judith “Judy” Kay Bernard, 76, of New Auburn, Wis., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Pioneer Health & Rehab in Prairie Farm, Wis.
Judy was born April 23, 1943, to Joe and Helen (Sirinek) Bernard, of New Auburn. She worked at Jerome Foods (Jennie-O Turkey Store) in Barron, Wis., and Nickels (Amsco) in Rice Lake, Wis., where she retired from. In her spare time, Judy loved to crochet and make dolls. She also loved music of all kinds. In her younger years, she loved to polka. She will be dancing again now.
Judy is survived by her sister, Shirley (Stanley) Dean, of Houston, Mo., and her niece, Sharen (Lloyd) Ricks, of New Auburn, as well as numerous grandnephews and -nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and life partner, William (Bill) Clark, in 2002.
In abiding with Judy’s wishes, no services will be held. There will be a small rememberance of Judy at St. Boniface Cemetery in Chetek, Wis., on Saturday, July 20, at 1 p.m.
