The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser dance team normally goes to dance camp in the summer, but with the ongoing pandemic the Bulldog dancers were unable to attend a dance camp or the annual two-day Badgerette Pom Pon Convention in Eau Claire. However, that did not stop the team from learning six routines virtually as well as holding a few practices recently to learn these routines as a group. “These ladies will be ready for basketball season, and these will be routines the girls will showcase this season,” stated C-W dance coach Donna Bachowski. “Their shirts are from Badgerette Pom Pon and reflect the 2020-21 season as the theme for dance all over the state this year is invincible; and that’s what these seven ladies are, invincible.” Pictured above, from left to right, are Lacie Prorok, Jasmine Berning, Rylee Buchman, Haili Tietz, Autumn Grensing, Madison Wendt and Kendyl Johnson.
