“Freezin’ for a Reason” is the theme as participants support local organizations by taking part in the Polar Bear Plunge—formerly Red’s Jump for a Cause—where jumpers will take the plunge into ice-cold Lake Chetek in front of Red’s Grill & Bar, beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23.

Raffles, food and other activities will also take place inside Red’s following the jumping, around 3 p.m. Raffle tickets will be available starting at 11 a.m. Music by Up South will start at 8 p.m.

All proceeds benefit the Pink Ribbon Advocacy of Barron County and the Chetek Fire Department.

To sign up, stop at Red’s or call 715-924-3100.
